Hwy 17 Remains Closed

Sault Ste Marie OPP are advising the public that the road remains closed on Highway 17 North at Batchawana through to Wawa due to poor road and weather conditions resulting from snow squalls and white outs in that area.  The highway is expected to remain closed for a minimum of three more hours (press release time was 7:00 a.m.).
